Case 01

Digesting a busy forum into one readable email

For Educate Magis, I designed and coded a multilingual discussion-forum digest in Mailchimp using HTML/CSS. The structure surfaced selected conversations, comments and resource reflections in a clear, scannable format for an international educator community.

A quarterly network update for schools across 21 countries in Europe, the Near East and Russia.

Case 02

One newsletter, a whole network's worth of news

For the Jesuit European Committee for Primary & Secondary Education, I designed and coded a quarterly network update in Mailchimp using HTML/CSS. The modular layout brought together a director’s message, network news, upcoming events and school stories for schools and delegates across 21 countries.

Same discipline, two very different audiences

Built for inbox rendering

Email layouts were coded in HTML/CSS and prepared for common desktop, web and mobile email environments, including Outlook and Gmail.

Content triage, not just layout

Worked with content and communication colleagues to structure approved content into clear, easy-to-scan newsletter formats.

Consistent, reusable templates

Created modular Mailchimp templates that non-technical team members could update for future sends without rebuilding the layout.
